Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Product received in damaged condition
Wrong product delivered
Product quality does not match description

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used or partially burned
Products without original packaging
Items purchased during clearance sales

How to Initiate a Return

Share your Order ID and photos of the product
Our team will review within 24 hours and arrange a pickup at no cost to you

Refund Process

Prepaid orders: Refund credited to original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer / UPI within 5–7 business days

Exchange

We offer free exchanges for damaged or wrong products. If you'd like a different variant, the difference in price (if any) will be collected or refunded accordingly.
