At Pooja Fresh, every product is prepared with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

This is because our products are consumable and used for spiritual purposes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will take full responsibility.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the product  
• Order details  

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed to your original payment method  
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI  
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
