Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas & North East: 7–10 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on all orders — no extra charge. Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also track your order directly on our courier partner's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@poojafresh.com or WhatsApp us at +91 88025 11526. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
